How Logan Economy Garage pickup works
If you select Boston Logan Airport pickup for one of our vehicles, you'll collect it at the designated Turo area in the airport's Economy Garage — not a rental counter. Here's what to expect. (Local pickup and delivery, where offered, are other options shown on Turo.)
1. Book on Turo first
Every reservation is made through the vehicle's Turo listing. That's where you'll see availability, pricing and the full rental policies. Your booking confirmation is the starting point for everything below.
2. Watch for your pickup instructions
After booking, you'll receive pickup details through Turo, including where to find the car within the designated Turo area of the Economy Garage. Keep these handy on your phone before you land — signal inside parking garages can be patchy.
3. Getting to the Economy Garage
The Economy Garage is part of Logan's on-airport parking. Airport transit options, parking fees and schedules are set by the airport and can change, so check Massport's official Logan Airport website for current details rather than relying on third-party summaries.
4. Check in through the Turo app
At the car, follow the check-in steps in the Turo app, including photos of the vehicle. If anything is unclear, message the host through Turo.
5. Returning the car
Return instructions are shared with your booking. Allow a little extra time on your return day so the handover is relaxed before your flight.
